Group classes

All levels are welcome: beginners, intermediate students and teachers. It is never too late to begin yoga. Most classes are ongoing, with packages offered by each studio as well as walk-in rates. Click on studio links for particular fees and a map.

Note: A spine assessment is required for all new Scoliosis students before entering the classes. the 8 week series classes have a scheduled date for assessments, see workshops page.

I have had a giant bottle of Aleve on my kitchen counter for a long time. I would take it all the time. I have been dealing with my back pain for years, and then my hip replacement. Since I have started yoga, my back pain has subsided, and I no longer take the Aleve! Now I am working to heal my hip and make my body stronger and more flexible. My friends kid me that I am born again...I am born again, into yoga! Thanks DL!
